OS1 is a walk-in sports medicine clinic. Walk in, get seen the same day by a sports medicine fellowship-trained physician, and get your imaging and treatment in one visit. No appointment, and no referral needed. We treat athletes and active people of all ages.
OS1’s physicians are sports medicine fellowship-trained, so the doctor evaluating your injury treats sprains, strains, fractures, and overuse injuries every day. Care is non-surgical and focused on getting you back to your sport or activity as safely and quickly as possible.
When you are hurt, the two usual options are not great: wait two weeks for an orthopedic appointment, or spend hours and ER prices in an emergency room. OS1 is the third option. Walk in and a sports medicine physician sees you the same day. On-site digital X-ray gives you a same-visit diagnosis. If your physician orders an MRI, our open MRI is on-site too, typically scheduled within 24 hours, with no separate trip to an imaging center. Your provider builds a treatment plan, which can include bracing, injections, PRP therapy for stubborn tendon and joint injuries, and a clear path back to activity, and follows up as needed. If your injury turns out to need surgery or physical therapy, OS1 refers you to the right specialist.
A sports injury rarely needs an emergency room. For a true emergency, though, an open fracture, heavy bleeding, or a head injury, go to the ER or call 911.
