Dustin C. Taylor

President & CEO

Dustin Taylor is the President and CEO of the Company, a role he has held since joining in December 2023. In addition to his role at the Company, Mr. Taylor also serves as President and CEO of the Company’s subsidiary, OS1 Management. In these positions, he oversees the daily operations of OS1 clinics, administrative teams, and drives the Company’s growth initiatives.

William R. Dexheimer

Co-Founder & Chairman

William R. Dexheimer is a co-founder of the Company and serves as Chairman of the Board. He has served as Chairman of the Board since the inception of the Company in 2019. From 2009 to 2021, Mr. Dexheimer served as Chairman of the Board, President and CEO of ChipRewards, Inc. Mr. Dexheimer co-founded ChipRewards, as a SaaS Company that developed software systems and programs to incentivize targeted individuals to pursue an array of behaviors that contributed to health improvement.

Bruce Akin

Chief FInancial Officer

Bruce Akin serves as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and has served in this capacity since February 2022. From 2011 to 2021, Mr. Akin served as Chief Executive Officer of B.A.S.S., LLC, after having been President of ChipRewards.

Bryan Wimbish

Chief of Clinic Operations

Bryan Wimbish, CRNP, Chief Clinical Operations Officer. Bryan serves as a full-time provider at our Hoover clinic and serves administratively with OS1 Management as the Chief Clinical Operations Officer, with a primary focus on establishing and maintaining a high standard of care, improving the patient experience and provider recruitment.

Mark Covin

Director of Implementation

Mark Covin serves as Implementation Director of the Company and has served in various capacities since joining the company in March 2020. From November 2018 to March 2020, he worked as a consultant with ChipRewards and from 2014 to 2018, he served as Co-Founder and COO of PPH Solutions. Mr. Covin has extensive experience in business startups and high growth operating environments.

Sarah Temple

Director of Human Resources

Sarah Temple, Director of Human Resources. In this role, Sarah oversees the recruitment and development of the staff, consults with executives on strategic planning, and manages the implementation of policies and procedures that promote a collaborative and welcoming work environment. Sarah attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham where she studied healthcare administration and biomedical sciences; eventually earning a both her bachelor's degree and MBA from UAB.

Lara Edwards

Regional Clinic Coordinator

​Lara Edwards is a dedicated certified Athletic Trainer with over 12 years of experience working in an orthopedic setting . Originally from Georgia, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Valdosta State University and her Master of Arts in Teaching from The University of West Alabama.
