Don’t miss out on getting your free ASHAA sports physical. These are mandatory for all middle school and high school students participating in ASHAA sports.
Free sports physicals are by appointment only and are only offered at our Trussville location. Please call (205) 352-2911 to make your appointment.
Please note:
- Free Sports physicals are by appointment and only offered on July 10th, 2024 and July 24th, 2024.
- Only offered at our Trussville location.
- A parent or guardian must accompany athletes under 19.
